O profissional da informação como produtor de conhecimentos: análise bibliométrica da produção cientifica de bibliotecários │ The information professional as producer of knowledge: bibliometric analysis of librarians´ scientific production

Resumo o objetivo deste trabalho foi verificar como se configura a produção científica dos bibliotecários, atuantes no Sistema Integrado de Bibliotecas da Universidade de São Paulo (SIBi/USP). Para alcançar o objetivo proposto, foi realizada pesquisa de cunho teórico e empírico, priorizando a abordagem bibliométrica associada à aplicação de questionário, para elaboração e análise de indicadores científicos. Os resultados demonstraram que o hábito e a produção constante de comunicações científicas, desenvolvidas pelos bibliotecários, preparam-nos para o enfrentamento dos problemas advindos de sua rotina de trabalho.Palavras-chave Produção Científica, Bibliotecários, Sistema Integrado de Bibliotecas, Universidade de São Paulo, Bibliometria. Abstract the objective of this study was to investigate how to configure the scientific production of librarians, active in the Integrated Library System at the University of São Paulo (SIBi / USP). To achieve the objective proposed, theoretical and empirical research was conducted, prioritizing the bibliometric approach associated with questionnaires, for the elaboration and analysis of science indicators.
