A look to the architecture of information in cyberspace

Realiza uma abordagem conceitual do termo Arquitetura da Informação (A.I.) sob uma perspectiva interdisciplinar. O trabalho apresenta como objetivo esclarecer a temática em analise a fim de evidenciar quais as principais definições, características e funções atribuídas a este assunto inserido em ciências paralelas, tais como, a Ciência da Informação, a Ciência da Computação, a Educação, entre outras. O percurso metodológico adotado foi realizado através de uma pesquisa exploratória de caráter bibliográfico fundamentada em ideias de autores como, Rosenfeld e Morville (1998), Wurman (1991) e Lévy (1993), (1996) sem dispensar as contribuições teóricas de outros pensadores sobre o assunto abordado no trabalho. Finaliza percebendo que há muito a se entender sobre a prática da Arquitetura da Informação, desta forma esse estudo se propõe a iniciar um breve levantamento conceitual criando relações com assuntos correlatos, tais como, o ciberespaço, visto como o ambiente prático para o desenvolvimento das técnicas empregadas pela Arquitetura da Informação.@pt

Performs a conceptual approach of the term Information Architecture (IA) in an interdisciplinary perspective. The work has aimed to clarify the thematic analysis in order to show which key definitions, features and functions of this matter inserted in parallel sciences such as Information Science, Computer Science, Education, among others. The methodological approach adopted was accomplished through an exploratory bibliographical based on ideas of authors such as, Rosenfeld and Morville (1998), Wurman (1991) and Levy (1993), (1996) without giving the theoretical contributions of other thinkers the subject matter at work. Finishes realizing that there is much to understand about the practice of information architecture, thus this study aims to initiate a brief survey conceptual building relationships with related matters, such as cyberspace, seen as the practical environment for the development of technical employed by the Information Architecture.@en
