Descreve genericamente o desenvolvimento do sistema de automação utilizado pela Divisão de Informação e Documentação Científica do Instituto de Pesquisas Energéticas e Nucleares de São Paulo, o Integrated Library System, sistema integrado das rotinas de uma biblioteca, que cobre desde os procedimentos de aquisição, passando pelos processos técnicos, e terminando nos controles de circulação.
