As necessidades informativas dos sistemas de informação, e mais concretamente, os sistemas de informação de empresas do setor de telecomunicações podem ser satisfeitas por meio do uso de ontologias. São as ferramentas da Web Semântica que resolvem os problemas dos acessos da informação, facilitando o intercâmbio dos dados, assim mesmo melhoram a recuperação respeito a questões de relevância.@pt

The informative necessities of the Information Systems, and more concretely, the enterprise information systems can be satisfied by means of the use of the ontology. They are the tools of the Semantic Web that solve the problems of information overabundance, facilitating the data interchange, as well as improving the relevance in the recovery of the information.@en
