INDICADORES DE DESEMPENHO DE BIBLIOTECAS NO CAMPO DA SAÚDE: UM ESTUDO PILOTO NA FIOCRUZ (2006)

O Cict - Centro de Informação Científica e Tecnológica, percebendo a mudança no ambiente das bibliotecas e da clientela crescente, e em busca de melhores resultados institucionais, focado no atendimento aos usuários, estabeleceu um projeto de pesquisa para desenvolver uma metodologia para indicadores do desempenho. Baseado na Norma ISO 11620 uma equipe de pesquisadores e bibliotecários tem trabalhado em uma série de indicadores para a finalidade de avaliação para todas as três bibliotecas do Cict. O artigo descreve o caminho trilhado até então neste projeto e aponta alguns resultados que tem dado forma a todo processo.@pt
