Collaborative construction of representations for agricultural data dissemination: a study in the Portal CoDAF

The use of the Internet makes the data and information sharing happens in dialogical way, and agriculture is one of sectors that can obtain benefit from the use of this technology. The CoDAF Portal is a website that offer specialized contents in an agricultural domain such as publishing representations of agricultural data sources, to increase the data access for small farmers and other actors engaged in the theme. The aims of this research are to describe the process of collaborative construction of representations of Data sources on this website, pointing the mains actors and activities involved, and to identify elements of its framework, highlighting the informational needs that can be solved by the use of the referred data. The methodology was based on the Data Life Cycle as a model to systematize the informational flow studied. The result was a description of a set of attributes to define the framework of the representations, and the identification of the informational needs which can solved with the use of referenced data sources.@en

O uso da Internet pode viabilizar o compartilhamento de dados e informações de forma dialógica, e um dos setores que pode se beneficiar com o uso desta tecnologia é o da agricultura. O Portal CoDAF é um website que disponibiliza conteúdos especializados no domínio agrícola, como a publicação de representações de fontes de dados agrícolas, incrementando o acesso a dados para pequenos produtores rurais e demais atores engajados na temática. O objetivo desta pesquisa consiste emdescrever o processo de construção colaborativa de representações de fontes de dados neste portal, apontando os principais atores e atividades envolvidas, e identificar os elementos de sua estrutura, destacando necessidades informacionais que podem ser atendidas com o uso dos dados referenciados. A metodologia baseou-se no Ciclo de Vida dos Dados como modelo para estruturação do fluxo informacional estudado. Como resultado, pôde-se identificar um conjunto de atributos para compor a estrutura das representações, e a identificação de quais necessidades informacionais podem ser atendidas com o uso dos dados referenciados.@pt
