The audio-visual speech in television based on the multiplicity of forms and formats is analyzed; for that reason the complexity of the information given in the news is analyzed, so it will be possible based on these units, the determination of documental treatment, analysis and conservation. The starting point of the study have been the reality of the textual semantic units with which it has been compared, showing the specificity level and differentiated treatment that has the audio-visual documentation, which is the result of precise requests and an specific documentary nature. It is fragmented and explained the semantic structure of the news and the information contained in these, individualizing the documentary references in conceptual, emission and thematic units.@en
