El cuadro de mando integral y la gestión de información

In this paper are exposed the theoretical principles of the Balanced Scorecard that, according to Kaplan and Norton, is an strategic management model that allows the handling of the tangible and no tangible actives, as a necessary answer to go at the same speed of the change that makes tremble the basis of any organization. Are exposed two key aspects to achieve success in an enterprise: Employees Performance Indicators Measurement and Information Systems supported on the information and communication technologies. Is stated that a balanced scorecard is an Information System that allows to reduce the uncertainty levels in decision making and allows to reach a new knowledge based on the communication.@en


El trabajo recorre los fundamentos teóricos del Cuadro de Mando Integral de Kaplan y Norton como un modelo de Dirección Estratégica que gestiona los activos tangibles e intangibles como respuesta necesaria a la velocidad del cambio que estremece las bases de cualquier organización. Se relacionan dos aspectos medulares del éxito empresarial: La medición de indicadores de desempeño de los empleados y los sistemas de información soportados por las tecnologías de información y comunicación, donde se plantea que un cuadro de mando integral es un Sistema de Información que permite reducir los niveles de incertidumbre de las decisiones y llegar hasta la formación de nuevos conocimientos sobre la base de la comunicación@es
