This study presents informational engagement of society through the Ministry of Healthâs Facebook publications on vaccination in Brazil. It has the purpose of discussing the informational engagement of society through publications by the Ministry of Health on vaccination in Brazil. Characterized as a study of an applied nature - case study - with an exploratory objective of a quantitative and qualitative approach, it presents a cybermetric application regarding the informational engagement of the Brazilian population. 127 150 comments were analyzed from 68 publications extracted from the Ministry of Healthâs Facebook social network during January and February 2021. It was found that the publications inherent to the live broadcasts of the Minister of Health and the news regarding the positions of the President of the Republic on the purchase and effectiveness of vaccines are those that have the greatest impact on society. The comments in these publications have significant impacts, in the sense of popular demands for the elaboration of efficient and fast public policies to fight the coronavirus in the country.It is concluded that the Ministry of Health´s Facebook shows itself as a tool widely used by the population to deal with issues related to the vaccine against COVID-19, generating a high informational engagement of the society that operates with this media as a channel for obtaining, using and creating information regarding the disease in the country, as well as means of communication with the Ministry of Health itself.@en

Possui o objetivo de discutir o engajamento informacional da sociedade mediante às publicações do Ministério da Saúde sobre a vacinação no Brasil.
