Dialogical interaction between information literacy and secretarial management sciences: contributions for a curriculum of executive secretariat course

This research has as its theme the dialogical interlocution, similarities, approaches and interdisciplinary convergences of Secretarial Management Sciences and Information Literacy for the benefit of higher education in the Executive Secretariat. It aimed to identify the contributions that the four dimensions of Information Literacy, in convergence with the four axes of Secretarial Management Sciences, can produce in the curriculum of the Executive Secretariat Course Midwestern State University (Unicentro). The methodology used a qualitative approach and was characterized as a basic research from the point of view of its nature.. From the methodological perspective of the objectives it was typified as a descriptive study. The technical procedures used were bibliographic and documentary research. As results, it was observed that the application of the assumptions of the dimensions of Information Literacy can contribute beyond the updating of curriculum, but also in the construction of a new social reality, as well as increasing the academic training of professionals in these areas as managers of information and knowledge within the scope of secretarial action. Finally, the studies also made it possible to echo the multiplication of more interdisciplinary, transdisciplinary and transversal possibilities of two important sciences for professionals of the Information and Knowledge Society.@en

Esta investigação tem como tema a interlocução dialógica, as similaridades, as aproximações e as convergências interdisciplinares das Ciências da Assessoria e da Competência em Informação em benefício da formação superior em Secretariado Executivo. Teve como objetivo identificar as contribuições que as quatro dimensões da Competência em Informação, em convergência com os quatro eixos das Ciências da Assessoria, podem produzir nos currículos do Curso de Secretariado Executivo Universidade Estadual do Centro-Oeste (Unicentro). A metodologia utilizou abordagem qualitativa e caracterizou-se como uma pesquisa básica sob o ponto de vista de sua natureza. Já sob a perspectiva metodológica dos objetivos tipificou-se como um estudo descritivo. Os procedimentos técnicos utilizados foram a pesquisa bibliográfica e a documental. Como resultados, observou-se que a aplicação dos pressupostos das dimensões da Competência em Informação pode contribuir além da atualização dos currículos, mas também na construção de uma nova realidade social, bem como no incremento da formação dos profissionais dessas áreas como gestores da informação e do conhecimento no âmbito da atuação secretarial. Por fim, os estudos também permitiram fazer eco frente à multiplicação de mais possibilidades interdisciplinares, transdisciplinares e transversais de duas ciências importantes para os profissionais da Sociedade da Informação e do Conhecimento.@pt
