Museum education and challenges in the Anthropocene

This article presents a bibliographic review on the theme of Museums, heritage and museum education, bringing a collection of scientific articles in order to discuss museums and science from the perspective of the field and the challenges in the Anthropocene, a more recent period of big global transformations. The chosen texts that make up this literature review deal with subjects such as educational practices in museums, science and art, cultural heritage, historical awareness, technology and innovation applied to museums. From the readings, it was possible to observe a growing interest in studies involving the theme of museums and related themes as heritage, especially with regard to new proposals or innovative proposals that give museums with the use of technologies an important role in the learning process of society as a whole. With the emergence of the pandemic in 2021, the search for new practices of access to museums and awareness of the actions and responsibilities that people have about the present and future in relation to environmental, political, social, economic and cultural issues are made even more necessary@en

O presente artigo apresenta uma revisão bibliográfica acerca da temática dos Museus, da educação patrimonial e museal trazendo um apanhado de artigos científicos no intuito de discutir os museus e a ciência dentro da perspectiva do campo e os desafios no antropoceno, período mais recente de grandes transformações globais. Os textos escolhidos que compõem esta revisão de literatura tratam de assuntos como as práticas educativas nos museus, ciência e arte, patrimônio cultural, consciência histórica, tecnologia e inovação aplicadas aos museus. A partir das leituras foi possível observar um crescente interesse nos estudos envolvendo a temática dos museus e temas afins como patrimônio principalmente no que diz respeito à novas propostas ou propostas inovadoras que conferem aos museus com o uso de tecnologias um papel importante no processo de aprendizagem da sociedade como um todo. Com o surgimento da pandemia em 2021 a busca por novas práticas de acesso aos museus e a conscientização a respeito das ações e responsabilidades que os povos possuem sobre o momento presente e futuro em relação às questões ambientais, políticas, sociais, econômicas e culturais se fazem ainda mais necessárias@pt
