O financiamento público de pesquisas brasileiras

Public funding of Brazilian research

Estudo bibliométrico que analisa a produção científica financiada pela CAPES, CNPq e Fundações de Amparo à Pesquisa das unidades federativas do Brasil a partir do campo FO da Web of Science. O corpus da pesquisa é formado por 248.632 documentos coletados no mês de janeiro de 2019. É uma pesquisa quantitativa, descritiva, utiliza softwares como o Bibexcel, Excel e Vosviewer para a mensuração e análise dos resultados. Há a presença de diversas agências de fomento como a CAPES, o CNPq e FAPESP, sendo estas as instituições que mais apresentam fomento. As instituições que mais recebem financiamento são USP, UNESP e UNICAMP. O idioma predominante das publicações é o inglês, 90% dos documentos são artigos científicos publicados em sua maioria em revistas internacionais como a PlosOne e a Scientific Reports. Os assuntos das publicações seguem os mesmos temas abordados nos periódicos, são em sua maioria representados pelas áreas da Química, Física, Engenharias e subáreas da Biologia. A periodicidade das publicações com financiamento é crescente e oriunda desde os anos de 1987. Pode-se concluir que a produção científica nacional financiada por agências de fomento vem estabelecendo critérios internacionais de publicação e consequentemente elevando o status da ciência brasileira no cenário mundial.@pt

Bibliometric study thats analyze the scientific production financiate by CAPES, CNPq and Funding Agencies of federates units of Brazil on the FO field of Web of Science. The corpus of this research is compound for 248.632 documents what was gathered on January of 2019. This is a quantitative-descriptive research, use softwares like Bibexcel, Excel and Vosviewer for mensuration and analisys the results. Agencies like CAPES, CNPq and FAPESP the agencies with more encouragement on the grow of science in Brazil. USP, UNESP e UNICAMP are the institutions that most recive research funding. The language prevailing is the English, and 90% of the publicing documents are articles in your majority are publiched in journals with internacional relevante Plos One and Scientific Reports. The publicationâs subject follow the same topic at represented in the journals. The fields more relevants are Chemistry, Physics, Enginnering, and sub-filds of Biology. The periodicity of publications with financial fundig is growing since 1987. The study conclud that the national cientific production is financiated and fulfilled in public institutions and that slowly have stablishing international criterias of publications.@en
