Planejamento estratégico em biblioteca escolar: a atuação do bibliotecário intraempreendedor

O planejamento estratégico e o intraempreendedorismo como ferramentas do bibliotecário na biblioteca escolar. Objetiva mapear estudos do intraempreendedorismo junto ao planejamento estratégico, trazendo a discussão para a biblioteca escolar. Quanto aos objetivos específicos busca identificar as vantagens da elaboração e execução do planejamento estratégico na biblioteca escolar; analisar os caminhos diferentes para a atuação do bibliotecário na biblioteca escolar, de modo que a inovação, a criação e o desejo de mudanças possam fazer parte da sua rotina e dos usuários; descrever como o bibliotecário intraempreendedor pode contribuir de forma significativa para a disseminação da informação na escola e na comunidade. Caracteriza a pesquisa em revisão literária sobre planejamento estratégico, empreendedorismo e intraempreendedorismo na biblioteca escolar, com atuação do bibliotecário intraempreendedor. Conclui que as atividades do bibliotecário intraempreendedor, alicerçadas em planejamento estratégico, aferem objetividade às ações desenvolvidas na biblioteca conferindo dinamismo às estratégias adotadas e o diferencial para a escola por meio do desenvolvimento da formação crítica dos alunos, com vistas a ampliar o potencial reflexivo do cidadão em busca de mais oportunidades no processo de ensinoaprendizagem.Palavras-chave: Planejamento estratégico. As for the specific objectives, it seeks to identify the advantages of the elaboration and execution of strategic planning in the school library; analyze the different paths for the librarian´s performance in the school library, so that innovation, creation and the desire for change can be part of his routine and that of users; describe how the intrapreneurial librarian can contribute significantly to the dissemination of information in the school and in the community. Characterizes the research in literary review on strategic planning, entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship in the school library, with the performance of the intrapreneurial librarian. It concludes that the activities of the intrapreneurial librarian, based on strategic planning, measure objectivity to the actions developed in the library, giving dynamism to the adopted strategies and the differential for the school through the development of the critical formation of the students, with a view to expanding the reflective potential of the citizen in search of more opportunities in the teachinglearning process.Keywords: Strategic planning.
