Estágio obrigatório no arquivo corrente e intermediário da SERCONFIS Assessoria Contábil S/S: proposta de manual de política interna

Supervised Training in Current and Semi-Current Records at the Company SERCONFIS Accounting Advice S/S: Proposed Internal Politics Manual

Presents the activities developed during the First Supervised Training from Archives Science at UFSC realized at the company SERCONFIS Accounting Advice S/S, which resulted in a proposal about an internal politics manual to the institution archive.  The activities were directed to the acquis of the current and semi-current records of the archive department.  For the construction of the manual, we collected information on: the hierarchical structure of SERCONFIS; the relations between the archive and the other sectors of the company; the activities that develops the file; documentary typologies and method for archiving documents. The conclusion about the SERCONFIS archive has definite processes and emphasizes the importance of legal deadlines for archival and accounting activities.@en

Apresenta as atividades desenvolvidas durante o estágio supervisionado I do Curso de Graduação em Arquivologia da UFSC realizado na empresa SERCONFIS Assessoria Contábil S/S. Resultou na proposta de manual de política interna para o arquivo da instituição. As atividades foram direcionadas ao acervo da idade corrente e intermediária do departamento de arquivo. Para a construção do manual, coletaram-se informações sobre: a estrutura hierárquica da SERCONFIS; as relações entre o arquivo e os demais setores da empresa; as atividades que o arquivo desenvolve; as tipologias documentais e o método de arquivamento de documentos. Conclui-se que o arquivo da SERCONFIS possui processos definidos e ressalta a importância dos prazos legais para as atividades arquivísticas e contábeis.@pt
