                    [0] => Knowledge Management (KM) and Absorptive Capacity (ACAP) are widely recognized constructs due to their relevance to innovation, organizational performance, and sustainability. Despite the conceptual proximity between these themes, studies investigating their relationship in an integrated manner remain fragmented across the literature. In this context, the present study aims to identify the landscape of scientific production on KM and ACAP and to understand the theoretical advances resulting from the articulation of these constructs. To achieve this, an Integrative Literature Review was conducted using the Web of Science and Scopus databases, employing the search terms “knowledge management” and “absorptive capa*” in titles and keywords. Following the identification, screening, eligibility, and inclusion procedures, the final corpus consisted of 20 articles. The results were analyzed through Thematic Analysis, which enabled the identification of five analytical themes: (i) KM as a source of ACAP; (ii) the intertwined relationship between KM and ACAP; (iii) alignment of practices; (iv) capability development; and (v) the creation of an enabling environment. The findings demonstrate that KM and ACAP are characterized by a complementary and mutually reinforcing relationship, contributing to the acquisition, assimilation, transformation, and exploitation of knowledge. The study concludes that the integration of KM and ACAP constitutes a strategic resource for innovation, competitiveness, and organizational sustainability.@en
                    [1] => A Gestão do Conhecimento (GC) e a Capacidade Absortiva (ACAP) são construtosamplamente reconhecidos por sua relevância para a inovação, o desempenho organizacional e a sustentabilidade das organizações. Apesar da proximidade conceitual entre esses temas, estudos que investigam suas relações de forma integrada ainda são dispersos na literatura. Nesse contexto, o presente artigo tem como objetivo identificar o panorama da produção científica sobre GC e ACAP, buscando compreender os avanços teóricos decorrentes da articulação entre esses construtos. Para tanto, realizou-se uma Revisão Integrativa da Literatura nas bases Web of Science e Scopus, utilizando os termos “knowledgemanagement” e “absorptive capa*” nos títulos e palavras-chave. Após os procedimentos de identificação, triagem, elegibilidade e inclusão, o corpus final foi composto por 20 artigos. Os resultados foram analisados por meio da Análise Temática, permitindo a identificação de cinco eixos analíticos: (i) GC como fonte de ACAP; (ii) relação imbricada entre GC e ACAP; (iii) alinhamento de práticas; (iv) desenvolvimento de capacidades; e (v) criação de ambiente propício. Os achados evidenciam que GC e ACAP apresentam uma relação de complementaridade e reforço mútuo, contribuindo para a aquisição, assimilação, transformação e exploração do conhecimento. Conclui-se que a integração entre GC e ACAP constitui um recurso estratégico para a inovação, a competitividade e a sustentabilidade organizacional.@pt
