                                            [0] => Apresenta um panorama analítico sobre a incorporação e a evolução do princípio da informação no regime internacional ambiental, com ênfase nas Conferências sobre Mudança do Clima, desde sua edição inaugural em Berlim em 1997 até a última versão em 2025 realizada na cidade de Belém. A pesquisa adota abordagem qualitativa, baseada em análise documental e revisão de literatura científica, examinando como o princípio da informação, sob o ponto de vista do acesso, direito e uso, foram progressivamente institucionalizados no marco normativo e decisorial das COP. Os resultados evidenciam que a informação ambiental deixou de ocupar papel secundário, tornando-se elemento estruturante da legitimidade, da transparência, da eficácia e da justiça climática, ao mesmo tempo em que se insere em disputas epistêmicas e políticas que influenciam a formulação de políticas e a circulação de discursos sobre temas como Amazônia, transição energética e financiamento climático. Conclui-se que a consolidação de um regime informacional robusto é condição indispensável para o fortalecimento da governança climática global, especialmente diante dos desafios contemporâneos relacionados à desinformação e às assimetrias informacionais.
                                            [1] => Analyzes the institutionalization of the principle of information, from the perspective of “access to information”, within the context of international climate governance, focusing on the Conferences of the Parties (COP) of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC). The research adopts a qualitative, descriptive-analytical approach, based on literature review and documentary analysis. The document corpus consisted of official texts from the UNFCCC repository, indexed in the “Documents” and “Decisions” sections, using the search term “access to information.” The results indicate that access to information has been progressively incorporated into the international climate regime, evolving from a general provision in the Framework Convention, to its implementation in instruments focused on education, awareness-raising, public participation, and transparency, with particular emphasis on the principles included in documents throughout this trajectory, such as the Doha Work Program, the Paris Agreement, Action for Climate Empowerment (ACE), and the Glasgow Work Program. It is concluded that the regulatory landscape analyzed demonstrates a gradual process of consolidating access to information in the outcomes of the Conferences of the Parties, highlighting its growing relevance to transparency, public participation, and the structuring of the informational framework for climate governance.
