                                            [0] => O desafio imediato da Biblioteca do INEP é o  de evidenciar cursos de capacitação ao pessoal bibliotecário, para que possam acompanhar as tecnologias da informação. De outro lado, fazer com que ela entre na autoestradada informação e comece a utilizar as tecnologias de informação. Estamos na era da digitalização e o grande desafio deveria ser a conversão dessa Biblioteca, que é completamente manual, para uma Biblioteca digital.
                                            [1] => El reto inmediato de la Biblioteca del INEP es impartir cursos de formación al personal bibliotecario para que pueda mantenerse al día en tecnologías de la información. Por otro lado, tiene que subirse a la autopista de la información y empezar a utilizar las tecnologías de la información. Estamos en la era de la digitalización y el gran reto debería ser convertir esta biblioteca, que es completamente manual, en una biblioteca digital.
