                                            [0] => Information Science, in its technological and social approach, interprets the Web as a space for communication and information preservation and has dedicated itself to studying resources for the efficient presentation and representation of information. Access to Memory and Archivematica are free software programs applicable to the curation of digital objects in information services as is the case of the Fundação Arquitecto José Marques da Silva collection. The aim is to analyse the convergences between these programs, addressing issues of Information Design and Digital Curation in the Marques da Silva/Moreira da Silva Information System. A theoretical-exploratory and descriptive methodology is used, analysing the digital-virtual environment for diagnosis. Issues were identified that touch on Information Design, Digital Curation, and the historical-cultural relevance of the collection, demonstrating the need for care in the representation and presentation of information and the use of free software tools to provide a good user experience.
                                            [1] => A Ciência da Informação, em sua abordagem tecnológica e social, interpreta a Web como espaço para comunicação e preservação da informação, e tem se dedicado a estudar recursos para a apresentação e representação da informação de forma eficiente. O Access to Memory e o Archivematica são softwares livres, aplicáveis na curadoria de objetos digitais em serviços de informação, como é o caso do acervo da Fundação Arquitecto José Marques da Silva. Pretende-se analisar as convergências existentes entre os softwares, ao abranger questões do Design da Informação e Curadoria Digital no Sistema de Informação Marques da Silva/Moreira da Silva. Utiliza-se metodologia teórico-exploratória e descritiva, analisando o ambiente dígito-virtual para diagnosticá-lo. Foram identificadas questões que tangenciam o Design da Informação, a Curadoria Digital e a relevância histórico-cultural do acervo, provando-se necessário o cuidado na representação e apresentação da informação e a utilização das ferramentas do software livre, ao proporcionar boa experiência ao internauta.
