                                            [0] => Esta pesquisa teve por objetivo investigar e problematizar a permanência do acervo histórico do Tribunal de Justiça Militar do Rio Grande do Sul, focando nas informações contidas em documentos produzidos e acumulados pelo tribunal. Foi um estudo exploratório, qualitativo, com metodologia de análise do discurso e técnica de coleta de dados, realizado no Tribunal de Justiça Militar no primeiro semestre de 2023. Analisou os fatos registrados nos processos judiciais. Buscou compreender a constituição da memória institucional daquele tribunal. Por meio do acervo judicial da instituição, processos judiciais e habeas corpus, que são considerados históricos, obteve-se acesso aos registros processuais lá depositados. Em primeira etapa houve levantamento e análise documental e em segunda etapa concretizada a análise discursiva. Com base nestes documentos foram levantadas as falas processuais de testemunhas, juízes e promotores, por vezes de uso nos ritos e por outras vezes falas cotidianas, mostrando a aplicação de Análise Discursiva em termos colhidos nos textos de um processo considerado sensível por ser instaurado durante a ditadura militar brasileira. Concluiu que os processos judiciais auxiliam no fortalecimento da identidade do grupo e das pessoas, além de serem uma forma de relação da sociedade com a instituição e com o exercício livre da cidadania. Ainda que sejam sensíveis, infames, difíceis e que conspurquem a instituição, são registros importantes para a História, percebidos como “obrigação de memória”, e fragilmente protegidos pela legislação vigente (Lei 8.159/1991).
                                            [1] => This research aimed to investigate and problematize the permanence of the historical archive of the Military Court of Justice of Rio Grande do Sul, focusing on the information contained in documents produced and accumulated by the court. It was an exploratory, qualitative study, using discourse analysis methodology and data collection techniques, carried out at the Military Court of Justice in the first half of 2023. It analyzed the facts recorded in the judicial proceedings. It sought to understand the constitution of the institutional memory of that court. Through the institution's judicial archive, judicial proceedings and habeas corpus, which are considered historical, access was obtained to the procedural records deposited there. In the first stage, there was a survey and documentary analysis, and in the second stage, a discursive analysis was carried out. Based on these documents, the procedural statements of witnesses, judges, and prosecutors were collected, sometimes used in the rites and at other times everyday speeches, showing the application of Discursive Analysis in terms collected from the texts of a process considered sensitive because it was initiated during the Brazilian military dictatorship. He concluded that legal proceedings help strengthen the identity of the group and individuals, as well as being a way for society to relate to the institution and to freely exercise citizenship. Even though they are sensitive, infamous, difficult, and tarnish the institution, they are important records for history, perceived as an "obligation to remember," and are only weakly protected by current legislation (Law 8.159/1991).
