                    [0] => A partir da atuação como docente na Rede Municipal de Ensino, observo a carência de acervos de literatura africana e afro-brasileira na Educação Infantil, mesmo que a Lei 10.639, de 2003, tenha legislado sobre a obrigatoriedade do ensino da História da África e afro-brasileira. Reconhecendo a relevância dessa questão, que pode influenciar diretamente a forma como as crianças percebem a si mesmas e o mundo ao seu redor, este artigo visa apresentar o que tem sido produzido e discutido a respeito da temática a partir do Estado da Arte pelos autores Santos et al. (2020), por intermédio do levantamento e análise de publicações que contemplam os descritores “Educação Infantil” e “literatura africana”. Como resultado, é possível apontar que o tema tem sido estudado em maior volume no Ensino Fundamental, principalmente nos Anos Finais (6º ao 9º ano), mas ainda são superficiais os estudos voltados para a Educação Infantil.@pt
                    [1] => Working as a teacher in the Municipal Education Network, I observe the lack of collections of African and Afro-Brazilian literature in Early Childhood Education, even though Law 10.639 of 2003 has mandated the teaching of African and Afro-Brazilian History. Recognizing the relevance of this issue, which can directly influence the way children perceive themselves and the world around them, this article aims to present what has been produced and discussed on the topic from the State of the Art by the authors Santos et al. (2020), through the survey and analysis of publications that include the descriptors, “Early Childhood Education” and “African literature”. As a result, it is possible to point out that the topic has been studied in greater volume in elementary school, especially in 6th to 9th grade, but studies focused on Early Childhood Education are still superficial.@en
