                                            [0] => O presente trabalho tece uma discussão acerca da atividade de classificação de assuntos, tendo como pano de fundo os mangás como material informacional. Tem como objetivo principal compreender até que ponto as ações de classificação de assunto refletem a tematicidade dos mangás, considerando esta uma problemática séria do ponto de vista da organização da informação. Justifica-se na tentativa de debater atualizações de atividades consolidadas dentro do campo da Biblioteconomia, mas que precisam atender aos novos formatos de documentos que integram os acervos de bibliotecas. Para tanto, utiliza-se do método da análise de conteúdo para indexar e examinar os enredos contidos da Wikipedia dos 50 melhores mangás de todos os tempos, de acordo com o site Ranker. Como resultados principais, o trabalho aponta para uma dificuldade bastante clara na atividade de classificação quando se trata de mangás, que pelos meios tradicionais não consegue contemplar a tematicidade do conteúdo abordado nas histórias. Espera-se, portanto, que esta pesquisa fomente novas discussões acerca dessas problemáticas, a fim de garantir alternativas mais pertinentes à precisão na classificação de assunto dos mangás, proporcionando, assim, sua recuperabilidade em sistemas de informação e catálogos online.
                                            [1] => The present work weaves a discussion about the activity of classification of subjects, having as a background the manga as informational material. Its main objective is to understand to what extent the subject classification actions reflect the thematicity of manga, considering this a serious problem from the point of view of information organization. It is justified in the lack of works of the same nature, and in the attempt to discuss updates of consolidated activities within the field of Librarianship, which need to meet the new formats of documents that integrate the collections of libraries. In order to do so, it uses the method of content analysis to index and examine Wikipedia's contents of the 50 best manga of all time, according to the Ranker website. As main results, the work points to a very clear difficulty in the classification activity when it comes to manga, which by traditional means is not able to contemplate the thematicity of the content addressed in the stories. It is expected, therefore, that this research fosters new discussions about these issues, in order to guarantee more relevant alternatives to the precision in the classification of manga subjects, thus providing their recoverability in information systems and online catalogs.
