The Methodology to create Institutional Repositories integrated to the Organizational Knowledge Management comprise its use in the needs of user’s study in the pre-implementation stage. Objective: It was describe the methodological design of the Delphi method of Politic used in the needs study to explore and examine the options of the themes to consider in the analyze and definitive approbation by the direction of the policies that rule the Institutional Repositories integrated to the Organizational Knowledge Management. Methodology: The bibliographic revision of the essentials procedures of the technique and it application in the solution of problems in academic and social contexts allow identify the principals requires of its execution. Results and Discusion are detailing the elements of objective, chronogram, participants and application of the Delphi of Politic method and its adjustment to the object of the study with the theoretic and practical results of the previous activities of the investigation and the elements of the specific steps of the Methodology.  Conclusions: Describe the fundaments to the realization of the Delphi method of Politic in situations of decision and its execution in the needs study in the methodology to create the Institutional Repositories integrated to the Organizational Knowledge Management to define the ítems of the themes to consider in the analyze and definitive approbation by the direction of the policies that rules its performance.
                                            [1] => Introducción: el método Delphi de Política o Político se reconoce como una técnica viable para exponer las alternativas en un problema determinado como insumos para el análisis en situaciones de decisión. La metodología creada para la implementación de repositorios institucionales integrados a la gestión del conocimiento organizacional establece su utilización en el estudio de necesidades de los usuarios correspondiente a la etapa de Pre-implementación. Objetivo: describir el diseño metodológico del método Delphi de Política incluido en el estudio de necesidades de los usuarios para explorar y examinar los ítems de los temas a considerar en el análisis y aprobación definitiva por la alta dirección de las políticas que rigen los repositorios institucionales implementados. Metodología: la revisión bibliográfica de las formalidades esenciales de la técnica y su aplicación en la solución de problemas en contextos diversos permitieron identificar los requerimientos principales de su ejecución. Resultados y discusión: Se detallan las bases del objetivo, participantes y aplicación del método Delphi de Política y sus adecuaciones al objeto de estudio a partir de los resultados teórico-prácticos de actividades anteriores de la investigación y de pasos específicos de la metodología. Conclusiones: se describen las pautas de la utilización del método Delphi de Política en situaciones decisionales y de su ejecución en el estudio de necesidades en la metodología para la implementación de repositorios institucionales integrados a la gestión del conocimiento organizacional para definir los ítems a considerar en la elaboración y aprobación definitiva por la alta dirección de las políticas que rigen su gestión.
