                                            [0] => This article is a bibliographic review, has exploratory character and investigates the place of the mixed library in public policies for Professional and Technological Education. Understanding it in an Institution of professional and technological education that also seeks to supplement the training of the 21st century worker ensuring inclusive and equitable and quality education, and promoting lifelong learning opportunities for all. Forthia purpose, a bibliographic survey was carried out in the terms Mixed Library, Professional and Technological Education, Public Policies and Educational Policies. Laws no. 5773/2006, Law no. 12.244 of May 24, 2010 and Law no. 14.837, of April 8, 2024 were also analyzed. Such a study is  justified because it is urgent that library professionals seek a conceptual consensus for this library, which, due toits characteritics, is the one that is presente in Professional and Technological Education Institutions – EPT.It was concluded that the mixed Library, as its typology is not recognized by the  public, public managers and legislators, is not provided for in the aforementioned laws, which excludes it form financing or budgetary allocation projects.
                                            [1] => O presente artigo é uma revisão bibliográfica, tem caráter exploratório e investiga qual o lugar da biblioteca mista nas políticas públicas de Educação Profissional e Tecnológica. Entendendo-a em uma instituição de ensino profissional e tecnológico e que também busca suplementar a formação do trabalhador do século XXI assegurando a educação inclusiva, equitativa e de qualidade, promovendo oportunidades de aprendizagem ao longo da vida para todos. Para tanto foi realizado levantamento bibliográfico nos termos ‘biblioteca mista’, ‘educação profissional e tecnológica’, ‘políticas públicas’ e ‘políticas educacionais’. Também foram analisadas as Leis n. 5773/2006, Lei n. 12.244 de 24 de maio de 2010 e Lei n. 14.837, de 08 de abril de 2024. Justifica-se tal estudo pois urge que os profissionais bibliotecários busquem um consenso conceitual para essa biblioteca, que por suas características é aquela que se faz presente nas instituições de educação profissional e tecnológica – EPT. Conclui-se que a biblioteca mista, por não ter sua tipologia reconhecida pelo público, gestores públicos e legisladores, não está prevista nas leis citadas, o que a exclui de projetos de financiamento ou dotação orçamentária.
