                    [0] => This study addresses technological changes and their interaction with human dynamics. It discusses Artificial Intelligence (AI), specifically Generative Artificial Intelligence (GAI), and the training processes through which these algorithms undergo. It questions the use of works protected by Copyright Law in the training process. The general objective is to present and analyze cases in which artifacts produced through GAI have caused possible implications for Copyright Law. The specific objectives are to characterize GAI; to characterize Brazilian Copyright Law, especially regarding AI; and to present some questions and proposals concerning the topic. Regarding the methodology, this is an exploratory-descriptive study, using bibliographic and documentary research procedures. The approach is qualitative, and the technique employed was content analysis, initially carried out through the selection of cases reported in journalistic media that described accusations of copyright infringement involving GAI companies, both nationally and internationally, allowing the identification of patterns, thematic recurrences, and legal developments related to the cases. As a result, it was possible to systematize the data collected and compare them with current Brazilian legislation and bills under discussion, establishing correlations that favored a critical interpretation of the discourses and the proposal of solutions in accordance with current regulations and legal doctrine. In conclusion, the study highlights the complexity of the topic and the need for deeper reflection, as well as for the construction of a legislative framework capable of addressing the technological transformations driven by the use of GAI.@en
                    [1] => Este estudo aborda as alterações tecnológicas e sua interação com as dinâmicas humanas. Discorre sobre a Inteligência Artificial (IA), especificamente a Inteligência Artificial Generativa (IAG), e o treinamento pelo qual passam esses algoritmos. Questiona a respeito do uso de obras protegidas pelo Direito Autoral no processo de treinamento. O objetivo geral é apresentar e analisar casos em que artefatos produzidos através da IAG provocaram possíveis implicações no Direito Autoral. Os objetivos específicos são caracterizar a IAG; caracterizar o Direito Autoral Brasileiro, em especial quanto a IA; apresentar alguns questionamentos e propostas acerca do tema. Quanto à metodologia, é uma pesquisa exploratório-descritiva, e como procedimento a pesquisa bibliográfica e documental. A abordagem é qualitativa e a técnica utilizada foi a análise de conteúdo, que se deu inicialmente através da seleção de casos noticiados em veículos jornalísticos que relatavam acusações de violação de Direitos Autorais envolvendo empresas de IAG, tanto no cenário nacional quanto no internacional, permitindo identificar padrões, recorrências temáticas e desdobramentos jurídicos relacionados aos casos. Como resultado, foi possível sistematizar os dados encontrados e confrontar com a legislação brasileira vigente e com os projetos de lei em tramitação, estabelecendo correlações que favoreceram uma interpretação crítica dos discursos e a proposição de soluções em consonância com a normativa e a doutrina atuais. Na conclusão, destaca a complexidade do tema e a necessidade de aprofundamento reflexivo, bem como da construção de um arcabouço legislativo capaz de contemplar as transformações tecnológicas impulsionadas pelo uso da IAG.@pt
