                    [0] => This article aims to conduct an integrative literature review (ILR) to characterize, at an exploratory level, the scientific production on institutional email management and to propose analytical categories to organize the practices described in the literature. The research was conducted in the Scopus, Web of Science, Google Scholar, SciELO, and BRAPCI databases, resulting in the selection of 21 articles. The results indicate that the literature addresses email management from multiple dimensions, which are often treated in a fragmented manner. Based on this overview, seven analytical categories were defined: production and receipt, classification and organization, appraisal and disposition, storage and preservation, access and information retrieval, security, authenticity and integrity, and responsibilities and training. These categories structure the understanding of the phenomenon within the scope of archival management of digital records. It is concluded that the proposed systematization makes it possible to make explicit the relationships between dimensions that are often treated in isolation, offering an analytical framework for future studies and for reflection on email management in institutional contexts.@en
                    [1] => Este artigo tem como objetivo realizar uma revisão integrativa de literatura (RIL) para caracterizar, em nível exploratório, a produção científica sobre a gestão de e-mails institucionais e propor categorias analíticas para organizar as práticas descritas na literatura. A pesquisa foi conduzida nas bases Scopus, Web of Science, Google Scholar, SciELO e BRAPCI, resultando na seleção de 21 artigos. Os resultados indicam que a literatura aborda a gestão de e-mails a partir de múltiplas dimensões, frequentemente tratadas de forma fragmentada. A partir desse panorama, foram definidas sete categorias analíticas: produção e recebimento, classificação e organização, avaliação e destinação, armazenamento e preservação, acesso e recuperação da informação, segurança, autenticidade e integridade, e responsabilidades e capacitação, que estruturam a compreensão do fenômeno no âmbito da gestão arquivística de documentos digitais. Conclui-se que a sistematização proposta permite explicitar relações entre dimensões frequentemente tratadas de forma isolada, oferecendo um referencial analítico para estudos futuros e para a reflexão sobre a gestão de e-mails em contextos institucionais.@pt
