                    [0] => This work presents new results of an ongoing research on the historical process of entry, location and development of Librarianship and its teaching in the province of Entre Ríos (Argentina) between 1926 and 2015. To do this, the work analyses the book Elementos de Biblioteconomía written by Eugene Irving Mohr in 1935 at the Colegio Adventista del Plata (currently Universidad Adventista del Plata) in the province of Entre Ríos. The writing of this manual constituted a first effort to formalize a systematic teaching program and served as the starting point for a process of partial institutionalization and social change in the province. It involved recognizing the need to train specialized librarians, leading to the emergence of a new social agent. It is propose the concept of librarianship operation to elucidate how the author understood librarianship practices, the library institution, and the domains of knowledge involved in its exercise. The analysis make visible how the book aimed to co-produce a library institution, a domain of knowledge (which brings forth objects, knowledge and techniques) and the emergence of various agents that did not previously exist locally (the library assistant and the librarian) as well as the reader or user who makes use of the library institution.@en
                    [1] => Este trabajo presenta nuevos resultados de una investigación en curso sobre el proceso histórico de ingreso, localización y desarrollo de la Bibliotecología y su enseñanza en la provincia de Entre Ríos de Argentina entre los años 1926 y 2015. Para ello se analiza la obra Elementos de Biblioteconomía escrita por Eugene Irving Mohr en 1935 en el Colegio Adventista del Plata (actualmente Universidad Adventista del Plata) de la provincia de Entre Ríos. La escritura de este manual constituyó un primer esfuerzo por formalizar un programa sistemático de formación y fue el punto de partida de un proceso de institucionalización parcial y de cambio social en la provincia en la medida que implicó el reconocimiento de la necesidad de formar bibliotecarios con un conocimiento especializado y con ello el surgimiento de un nuevo agente social. Se propone el concepto de operación bibliotecológica para elucidar cómo entendía el autor las prácticas bibliotecológicas, la institución bibliotecaria y los dominios de conocimientos involucrados en su ejercicio. En el análisis se hace visible cómo la obra buscaba co-producir una institución bibliotecaria (en este caso la biblioteca), un dominio de saber que hace aparecer objetos, saberes y técnicas, el surgimiento de variados agentes que no existían en el medio local (el auxiliar de biblioteca y el bibliotecario) a la vez que un lector o usuario que hacía uso de la institución bibliotecaria.@es
