                    [0] => In May 2025, at the Federal Fluminense University, the entrance of a group aligned with the far right triggered a series of confrontations between this group and the academic community, resulting in physical assaults. From the standpoint of materialist Discourse Analysis, one may argue that this confrontation/struggle refers back to a memory of political struggle and actualizes such memory under the present conditions of production, namely, the current forms of occupation of public spaces by far-right groups seeking to monitor alleged ideological practices, record them on video, and post them on their social media platforms. At this point of encounter between memory and actuality, this “discursive event” (Pêcheux, 2012 [1983]) produced statements, signifying materialities that this study set out to analyze. Such statements make visible, in the materiality of language, the different positions at stake. Among them, a banner displayed at the entrance of the University on the day following the incident stands out. Based on the statement “UFF território livre de fascista”, meaning “UFF territory free of fascists,” an analytical gesture allows us to argue that the banner constitutes a form of resistance in the symbolic order, a “testimony of resistance” (Mariani, 2021) in the face of the memorizable dimension of violence.@en
                    [1] => Em maio de 2025, na Universidade Federal Fluminense, a entrada de um grupo alinhado à extrema-direita provocou uma série de confrontos entre tal grupo e a comunidade acadêmica, resultando em agressões físicas. Filiados à Análise do Discurso materialista, podemos dizer que esse embate/combate remete a uma memória de luta política ao mesmo tempo em que a atualiza em face das presentes condições de produção, a saber, a atualidade das formas de ocupação de grupos de extrema-direita em espaços públicos visando a fiscalizar supostas práticas ideológicas, registrá-las em vídeos e postar em suas redes sociais. Nesse ponto de encontro entre memória e atualidade, esse ‘acontecimento discursivo’ (Pêcheux, 2012 [1983]) produziu enunciados, materialidades significantes que este trabalho teve como objetivo analisar. Tai enunciados dão a ver, na materialidade da língua, diferentes posições em jogo. Dentre eles, uma faixa, afixada na entrada da Universidade, no dia seguinte ao ocorrido. A partir dos dizeres “UFF território livre de fascista”, um gesto de análise permite dizer que a faixa constitui uma forma de resistência no simbólico, ‘testemunho de resistência’ (Mariani, 2021) frente ao memoriável da violência.@pt
