                    [0] => The main objective of this article is to investigate, using Pechetian Discourse Analysis, the discursive functioning of the Estadão newspaper in the X application (formerly Twitter) and how the construction of the news with what we call insinuating discourse contributes to the promotion of comments based on fake news. To demonstrate how the insinuating discourse works, we used as a corpus a political news item from the newspaper about the Venezuelan elections in 2024, and the comments on this news item. The analysis shows how, by denouncing electoral fraud in “authoritarian” countries and not naming those countries, the post encourages certain subjects to erroneously associate the discursive construction with Brazil. By analyzing how this works, we demonstrate a way in which X works that can inform future research into journalistic discourse on social media.@en
                    [1] => Este artigo tem como objetivo principal investigar, pela Análise do Discurso pechetiana, o funcionamento discursivo do Jornal Estadão no aplicativo X (antigo Twitter) e como a construção da notícia com o que aqui denominamos discurso insinuante contribui para a promoção de comentários apoiados em fake news. Para demonstrar o funcionamento do discurso insinuante utilizamos como corpus uma notícia política do jornal acerca das eleições venezuelanas no ano de 2024, e os comentários desta notícia. A análise empreendida mostra como, ao denunciar fraudes eleitorais em países “autoritários” e não nomear tais países, a postagem propicia que determinados sujeitos associem erroneamente a construção discursiva ao Brasil. Ao analisar esse funcionamento demonstra-se um modo de funcionamento do X que pode fundamentar pesquisas futuras sobre o discurso jornalístico em mídias sociais.@pt
