This research sought to identify which types of tools to support knowledge management are used by an information technology company, and how this organization measures the results obtained by this operation. This is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach, case study with open interview. It was concluded that the company uses 50% of the types analyzed without a knowledge management plan formalized.@en

Esta pesquisa buscou identificar quais tipologias de ferramentas de apoio a gestão do conhecimento são utilizadas por uma empresa de tecnologia da informação, e como esta organização mensura o resultado obtido por esta utilização. Trata-se de uma pesquisa descritiva, com abordagem qualitativa, de estudo de caso com entrevista aberta. Concluiu-se que a empresa utiliza o 50% das tipologias analisadas sem um plano de gestão do conhecimento formalizado.@pt
