                    [0] => Provides for the importance of the library to be seen as an organization as any other, and be managed as such, using management techniques in their industries by deploying a strategic planning process itself and that is linked to the supporting institution, seeking constant training for their staff, addition to implementing a quality policy with goals to be achieved, keeping the customer as the main focus. An evaluation based on a diagnostic tool for management, answered by the manager of the library and an administrative staff of the institution where they were analyzed: strategic planning, organizational structure, infrastructure, human resources, quality policy and managerial role. It was noticed that at several points using the library management as main part of your day to day, but still need to make adjustments to better deliver their services.@en
                    [1] => Dispõe sobre a importância de a biblioteca ser entendida como uma organização como qualquer outra e ser administrada como tal, utilizando técnicas administrativas em seus setores, implantando um planejamento estratégico próprio e que esteja vinculado à instituição mantenedora, buscando treinamentos constantes para sua equipe de trabalho, além de implantar uma política de qualidade com metas a serem cumpridas, tendo sempre o cliente como foco principal. Foi realizada uma avaliação baseada em um instrumento de diagnóstico de gestão, respondido pela gestora da biblioteca e por um dos auxiliares administrativos da instituição, onde foram analisados: o planejamento estratégico, a estrutura organizacional, a infraestrutura, os recursos humanos, a política de qualidade e o papel gerencial. Percebeu-se que em diversos pontos a biblioteca utiliza a administração como peça principal do seu dia-a-dia, mas ainda precisa realizar ajustes para melhor oferecer seus serviços.
