                                            [0] => The term Web 2.0 is used to refer to the trend that reinforces the concept of information exchange and co-participation of Internet users with Web sites and virtual services available in cyberspace. Within this context, fit the tools created and edited by the Internet user, such as: Blogs, Microblogs, Wikis, Social Networks, Instant Messenger (IM), Really Simple Syndication (RSS) Social Bookmarking and Streaming Media. Libraries gradually are joining in that environment and the model of Library 2.0 becomes renowned since the emergence of Web 2.0, which has been selecting mechanisms and interactive tools to transform the library into a more attractive area to the user. Thus, we sought to examine the applicability of Web 2.0 technologies in the virtual environment of academic libraries as a means to assist in their services, so the library can offer more channels of communication to its user communities. To develop this analysis, a study case was done in the Library Patativa do Assaré, at Faculty of Juazeiro do Norte, in order to investigate the services available through the library and the preferences of its users, and then recommend a proposal for the use of Web 2.0 tools in this library. The test results indicate an effective user training, as well as the support of librarians and the institutions that house the libraries. So, with this proposal, it is expected that the university library provide services through Web 2.0 to interact more with its user, maintaining its educational, extensionist and investigative role.
                                            [1] => O termo Web 2.0 é usado para referir à tendência que reforça o conceito de troca de informações e co-participação dos internautas com sites e serviços virtuais disponíveis no ciberespaço. Dentro desse contexto, encaixam-se ferramentas criadas e editadas pelo próprio internauta, tais como: Blogs, Microblogs, Wikis, Redes Sociais, Instant Messenger (IM), Really Simple Sindication (RSS), Bookmarking Social e Streaming Media. As bibliotecas, aos poucos, estão ingressando nesse meio e o modelo de Biblioteca 2.0 passa a ser prestigiado a partir do surgimento da Web 2.0, que vem selecionando mecanismos e ferramentas interativas para transformar a biblioteca em um espaço mais atrativo para o usuário. Dessa forma, pretendeu-se analisar a aplicabilidade de tecnologias da Web 2.0 no ambiente virtual de bibliotecas universitárias como forma de auxiliar em seus serviços, de forma que a biblioteca possa oferecer mais canais de comunicação à sua comunidade usuária. Para o desenvolvimento desta análise, foi feito um estudo de caso na Biblioteca Patativa do Assaré, na Faculdade de Juazeiro do Norte, no intuito de averiguar os serviços disponíveis pela biblioteca e as preferências dos seus usuários, para então recomendar uma proposta de aplicabilidade das ferramentas da Web 2.0 nesta biblioteca.  Os resultados da análise apontam para um treinamento eficaz de usuário, bem como do apoio dos profissionais bibliotecários e das instituições que abrigam as bibliotecas. Assim, com esta proposta, espera-se que a biblioteca universitária, ofereça serviços através da Web 2.0 para interagir mais com o seu usuário, mantendo a sua função educativa, extensionista e investigativa.
