                    [0] => This article presents the relationship among information, information technology (IT) and archives. Presents archives classification and functions. It identifies the obstacles and difficulties to retrieve information in archives of UNIMED´S North/Northeast. Sets Electonic Document Management (EDM) and shows that EDM is the key to solving the problem. Join the stages of implementation of EDM, presents the main features of Laserfiche software and hierarchies of use. Uses as an instrument for data collection a questionnaire and concludes presenting as result the employees satisfaction with organization, decrease of documental files (paper) and easy to retrieve information after EDM implementation. Highlights the experience of this pioneering work and suggests using it as a model project for deployment of ECM in archives.@en
                    [1] => Este artigo apresenta a relação entre Informação, Tecnologia da Informação (TI) e Arquivos. Apresenta classificações e funções dos Arquivos. Identifica os obstáculos e dificuldades para recuperação da informação nos arquivos da UNIMED Norte/Nordeste (NNE). Define Gerenciamento Eletrônico de Documentos (GED) e demonstra que a implantação do GED é ponto chave para solucionar o problema. Registra as etapas do processo de implantação do GED, apresenta as principais características do software Laserfiche e as hierarquias de uso. Utiliza como instrumento de coleta de dados um questionário e conclui apresentando como resultante a satisfação dos funcionários quanto à organização, diminuição da massa documental (papel) e a facilidade para recuperar a informação após a implantação do GED nos arquivos da empresa. Destaca a experiência deste trabalho pioneiro na instituição e sugere utilizá-lo como projeto-modelo para a implantação de ambientes GED em arquivos.@pt
