expertise, looking for the design of dissemination of information that guided the actions of information professionals. Is a brief discussion on the path of African Negro, the long-term by crossing the Atlantic, uprooting parent's homeland and the actions of colonists over the negroes to serve as labour-intensive in inhuman conditions in Brazilian soil. Discusses the current inclusion policies that maintain a panorama excluding in all sectors of the current society, mainly in public universities. The qualitative methodological approach as allowed understanding referential of the phenomenon and the seizure of meanings produced by subject-search, enabling participants to reflect on what takes professional librarians, teachers to act in a way and not another in their natural environment, without considering the demarcation of boundaries between subject and object. The survey instrument used was the questionnaire applied to subject of the search. We found, from a discourse analysis that social responsibility of Information Science/Librarianship would imply in an ethics formation, paying attention to the ethical basis of education of professionals to help them define content, teaching methods and goals designed to socially vulnerable social groups, and especially afro-descendants.
                                            [1] => O estudo tem como objetivo analisar a relação responsabilidade social e ética de profissionais da informação e a inclusão de afrodescendentes à luz de conhecimentos interdisciplinares, buscando a concepção de disseminação da informação que norteia as ações de profissionais da informação. Faz uma breve discussão sobre o percurso do (a) negro (a) africano (a), a travessia de longa duração pelo Atlântico, o dezenraizamento da pátria-mãe e as ações dos (as) colonizadores (as) sobre negros (as) para servirem como mão-de-obra em condições desumanas no solo brasileiro. Discute as atuais políticas de inclusão que mantêm um panorama excludente em todos os setores da atual sociedade, principalmente, nas universidades públicas. A abordagem qualitativa como referencial metodológico permitiu a compreensão do fenômeno e a apreensão dos significados produzidos pelos sujeitos-participantes da pesquisa, possibilitando a reflexão sobre o que leva os (as) profissionais da informação – bibliotecários (as), docentes a agirem de uma forma e não de outra em seu ambiente natural, sem considerar a demarcação dos limites entre sujeito e o objeto. O instrumento de pesquisa utilizado foi o questionário aplicado aos sujeitos da pesquisa. Concluímos, a partir de uma análise discursiva que a responsabilidade social da Ciência da Informação/Biblioteconomia implicaria uma formação ética, atentando para o fundamento ético da educação desses (dessas) profissionais no sentido de ajudá-los a definir conteúdos, métodos e objetivos do ensino que visem o respeito aos grupos sociais socialmente vulneráveis e, sobretudo, afrodescendentes.
