                    [0] => This investigation describes the elaboration of a research instrument for DBD/CCSA/UFPB’s
Permanent File. A diagnosis was accomplished being identified the sub documental series of
the activities: 000 – Administration; 100 – Teaching; 200 - Research and 300 - Extension.
The results demonstrated that: the diagnosis was very important to the description of the sub –
series; the presented "summary inventory" was the first to be elaborated in the extent of
UFPB, being shown as the most appropriate face the current situation of the file organization.
It was recommended the elaboration of another research to contemplate the entire sub -
existent documental series in the Department.@en
                    [1] => Descreve o processo de elaboração de um instrumento de pesquisa para o Arquivo
Permanente do DBD/CCSA/UFPB. Foi realizado um diagnóstico para a coleta dos dados,
sendo identificadas as subséries documentais das atividades meios e fins: 000 –
Administração, 100 – Ensino, 200- Pesquisa e 300 – Extensão. Os resultados demonstraram
que: o diagnóstico do arquivo foi de suma importância para descrição das subséries, que o
“inventário sumário” apresentado foi o primeiro a ser elaborado no âmbito da UFPB sendo o
mais apropriado face o atual estágio de organização do arquivo, ficando recomendada após a
conclusão do processo de organização documental a elaboração de outro instrumento de
pesquisa para contemplar todas as subséries documentais existentes no Departamento.@pt
