                    [0] => This article proposes to open a dialogue on the contribution of the concept of Collective Intelligence developed by Lévy (2000) to the Information System proposed by González de Gómez (2003). Therefore, it analyzes the development of the concept of collective intelligence from the perspective of authors such as Castells (1999), Freire (2013), Levy (1996) and Pine (2008), trying to find a link between this and the concept of Information regime. So were raised some critical reflections on the construction of the concept of Collective Intelligence believing it as a ´way of life´ which is consolidated from a formative information action, therefore, one of the pillars that also supports the concept information regime.@en
                    [1] => O presente artigo propõe-se a abertura de um diálogo sobre a contribuição do conceito de Inteligência Coletiva desenvolvido por Lévy (2000) ao de Regime de Informação proposto por González de Gómez (2003). Para tanto, analisa-se o desenvolvimento do conceito de Inteligência Coletiva sob a perspectiva de autores como: Castells (1999), Freire (2013), Lévy (1996) e Pinho (2008), buscando encontrar um elo entre este e o conceito de Regime de Informação. Assim, foram levantadas algumas reflexões críticas sobre a construção do conceito de Inteligência Coletiva acreditando nela como uma ‘forma de vida’ que se consolida a partir de uma ação de informação formativa, sendo assim, um dos pilares que sustenta também o conceito de Regime de Informação.@pt
