                                            [0] => With the objective of presenting new techniques to boost the information units' services and narrow the ties between libraries and users, the paper presents the gamification as an option to reach these goals. It defines gamification as the application of game mechanisms to everyday tasks and from there presents the game mechanisms used in the process of gamification and the positive aspects of its implementation. It approaches the methodology of gamification proposed by Vianna et al. contextualizing every step with practical examples which are already in use by libraries. It also uses the mentioned methodology as a cultural activity to stimulate reading in libraries.
                                            [1] => Com o objetivo de apresentar novas técnicas para dinamizar os serviços das unidades de informação e estreitar os laços entre bibliotecas e usuários, o trabalho apresenta a gamificação como uma opção para alcançar esse fim. Define a gamificação como a aplicação de mecânicas de jogos em tarefas cotidianas e a partir disso apresenta as mecânicas dos jogos utilizadas no processo de gamificação e os pontos positivos em sua aplicação. Aborda a metodologia de gamificação proposta por Vianna et al. contextualizando cada passo com exemplos de ordem prática que já estão implantados em bibliotecas. Também faz uso da metodologia citada numa atividade cultural de estímulo a leitura de uma biblioteca.
