                    [0] => The well-being of university faculty after the pandemic requires an institutional approach that assumes shared responsibility for mental health management. During the health emergency, the shift to remote work extended working hours, increased administrative tasks, and blurred the boundaries between professional and personal life. These conditions led to high levels of stress, exhaustion, and isolation, linked to lack of recognition, work overload, and weak internal communication. Universities must therefore establish clear policies that regulate workloads and schedules, promote active breaks, and ensure the availability of permanent psychological support. It is also necessary to strengthen training in socio-emotional skills and to foster humane leadership among academic administrators. Investing in faculty well-being is not merely a supportive gesture but a prerequisite for ensuring quality higher education and a healthier, more committed academic community.@en
                    [1] => El bienestar del personal docente universitario después de la pandemia requiere un enfoque institucional que asuma la corresponsabilidad en la gestión de la salud mental. Durante la emergencia sanitaria, el paso al trabajo remoto amplió las jornadas, aumentó las tareas administrativas y difuminó los límites entre la vida laboral y personal. Estas condiciones generaron altos niveles de estrés, agotamiento y aislamiento, vinculados a la falta de reconocimiento, la sobrecarga y la débil comunicación interna. Frente a ello, las universidades deben establecer políticas claras que regulen horarios, promuevan pausas activas y garanticen espacios de apoyo psicológico permanente. También es necesario fortalecer la formación en habilidades socioemocionales y el liderazgo humano de los equipos directivos. Invertir en el bienestar docente no es un gesto asistencial, sino una condición para asegurar una educación superior de calidad y una comunidad académica más sana y comprometida.@es
