                    [0] => Introdução: A preservação digital de longo prazo deve assegurar a validade jurídica e probatória de documentos assinados, superando limitações dos modelos tradicionais (RDC-Arq e PKI convencional), que enfrentam desafios de perenidade e dependência de Listas de Certificados Revogados (LCRs). Objetivos: Analisar o TRUSTER Preservation Model (TrustChain), do projeto InterPARES Trust, avaliando sua eficácia na mitigação de fragilidades estruturais em assinaturas digitais. Metodologia: Realizou-se análise de aderência normativa e avaliação estratégica da arquitetura TrustChain frente aos requisitos do e-ARQ Brasil (V2.0) e MoReq-Jus (2ª Edição). Estudou-se sua complementaridade com o Modelo OAIS e o RDC-Arq, focando na mitigação de riscos de longo prazo. Resultados: O TrustChain demonstrou aderência completa aos requisitos de autenticidade, integridade e tempestividade das normas brasileiras. O componente TRUSTER VIP oferece complementaridade estratégica ao OAIS e mitiga riscos da PKI tradicional, como o paradoxo da custódia de LCRs e a vulnerabilidade quântica. A análise confirmou a viabilidade técnica e jurídica no cenário nacional, incluindo compatibilidade com a ICP-Brasil e o Diploma Digital. Conclusão: O TrustChain, via componente TRUSTER VIP (Preservation of Validity Information), garante validade perene ao fornecer prova de assinatura externa e inalterável. Sua adoção constitui base sólida para o aprimoramento dos sistemas brasileiros de gestão arquivística e preservação digital confiável.@pt
                    [1] => Introduction: Long-term digital preservation must ensure the legal and evidentiary validity of signed documents, overcoming the limitations of traditional models (RDC-Arq and conventional PKI), which face challenges regarding longevity and dependence on Certificate Revocation Lists (CRLs). Objectives: To analyze the TRUSTER Preservation Model (TrustChain), developed by the InterPARES Trust Project, evaluating its effectiveness in mitigating structural weaknesses in digital signatures. Methodology: A normative adherence analysis and strategic evaluation of the TrustChain architecture were conducted against the requirements of e-ARQ Brasil (V2.0) and MoReq-Jus (2nd Edition). Its complementarity with the OAIS Model and the Trustworthy Digital Archival Repository (RDC-Arq) was also studied, focusing on long-term risk mitigation. Results: TrustChain demonstrated full adherence to the authenticity, integrity, and timeliness requirements of Brazilian standards. The TRUSTER VIP component offers strategic complementarity to the OAIS model and mitigates critical PKI risks, such as the CRL custody paradox and quantum computing vulnerabilities. The analysis confirmed technical and legal viability within the Brazilian context, including compatibility with ICP-Brasil and the Digital Diploma. Conclusion: TrustChain, through the TRUSTER VIP (Preservation of Validity Information) component, ensures perennial validity by providing external and unalterable proof of signature.
