O objetivo do estudo é analisar o contexto da Coordenadoria de Acessibilidade da Universidade Federal do Pará, observando a questão da mediação da informação por meio de materiais digitais acessíveis. Como resultado, a pesquisa aborda o fluxo do processo informacional aplicado na conversãoe adaptação de materiais digitais acessíveis e o papel do mediador na redução de barreiras informacionais para estes alunos. O estudo ainda reflete sobre o papel que o bibliotecário pode desempenhar no contexto da inclusão e acessibilidade e as políticas que tratam o atendimento educacional a pessoas com deficiência visual.@pt
                    [1] => The inclusion of people with disabilities in higher education is an increasingly common reality, making it necessary to reflect on inclusive education in this academic environment. The objective of this study is to analyze the context of the Accessibility Coordination Office at Federal University of Pará, observing the issue of information mediation through accessible digital materials. As a result, the research addresses the informational process flow applied in the conversion and adaptation of accessible digital materials and the role of the mediator in reducing informational barriers for these students. The study also reflects on the role that librarians can play in the context of inclusion and accessibility, and the policies that address educational services for people with visual impairments.@en
