Methodology: This is a descriptive, informetric study, whose search and retrieval of references was carried out on the Web of Science Index, from 1980 to July 2025.
Results/Discussion: Forty research studies were found, with a predominance of articles, depending on the document type. Furthermore, according to the definitions of CD, IC, and IA, data and information are common elements and converge at some point.
Conclusions: The Web of Science is a tool that search and retrieval process, not only for a single topic but also at the intersection of several areas of knowledge such as CD, IC, and IA.
Contribution/Originality/Value: The lack of research in which more than one area of ​​knowledge intersects is the contribution of this research
                                            [1] => Objetivo. a) Indagar la producción científica documental de las temáticas: CD, CI e IA, y; b) investigar la relevancia de los autores, el tipo y los títulos de publicaciones, los periodos y las temáticas, a través de los procesos de citación. Metodología/. Estudio informétrico, descriptivo, cuya búsqueda y recuperación de referencias se ejecutó en la Web of Science Index, en el periodo 1980-julio, 2025 Resultados/Discusión. Se encontraron 40 investigaciones, de las cuales se observa un predominio, según el tipo de documento, de artículos. Por otra parte, según las definiciones de las CD, CI e IA, los datos y la información son elementos comunes y convergen en algún momento. Conclusiones. La Web of Science es una herramienta que nos auxilia en la búsqueda y recuperación, no solo de un tema sino con la intersección da varias áreas del conocimiento como la CD, CI e IA. Aporte/Originalidad/Valor. La ausencia de investigaciones en las que se intersectan más de un área del conocimiento es el aporte de esta investigación.
