                    [0] => La ponencia presenta la experiencia del I Encuentro de Estudiantes y Graduados en Bibliotecología desde Abya-Yala, realizado durante el III Encuentro Internacional de Bibliotecas. El espacio surgió por iniciativa estudiantil para favorecer el intercambio de experiencias y fortalecer una bibliotecología crítica y situada en América Latina. La organización incluyó reuniones previas, coordinación interinstitucional y la participación de estudiantes de Argentina, Perú y Colombia.
El encuentro se estructuró en tres mesas temáticas: Discapacidad, donde se debatió sobre accesibilidad integral, tecnologías inclusivas, formación en derechos y cumplimiento del Tratado de Marrakech; Género, enfocada en desigualdades profesionales, violencia simbólica y la necesidad de incorporar perspectivas feministas y de diversidad en las prácticas bibliotecarias; descolonización, orientada a cuestionar paradigmas hegemónicos del norte global y promover epistemologías y saberes propios de Abya-Yala.
La experiencia permitió visibilizar las voces estudiantiles, crear redes de colaboración y fortalecer identidades colectivas que impulsan transformaciones en la enseñanza y práctica bibliotecaria. El encuentro reafirmó la relevancia del intercambio presencial y la necesidad de construir bibliotecas inclusivas, diversas y comprometidas con las realidades regionales.@es
                    [1] => The presentation shares the experience of the First Meeting of Library Science Students and Graduates from Abya-Yala, held during the Third International Library Meeting. The event was a student initiative to promote the exchange of experiences and strengthen critical library science in Latin America. The organization included preliminary meetings, inter-institutional coordination, and the participation of students from Argentina, Peru, and Colombia.
The meeting was structured around three thematic panels: Disability, where comprehensive accessibility, inclusive technologies, rights training, and compliance with the Marrakesh Treaty were discussed; Gender, focused on professional inequalities, symbolic violence, and the need to incorporate feminist and diversity perspectives into library practices; Decolonization, aimed at questioning hegemonic paradigms of the global north and promoting epistemologies and knowledge specific to Abya-Yala.
The experience allowed student voices to be heard, created collaborative networks, and strengthened collective identities that drive transformations in library teaching and practice. The meeting reaffirmed the importance of face-to-face exchange and the need to build inclusive, diverse libraries committed to regional realities.@en
