It argues that these actions affect both information resources and the people who work with them, and that they constitute a form of fourth-generation human rights violation. It also describes the initiatives of the Colectivo Basta Biblioclastia (Stop Biblioclastia Collective), including training, research, incident reporting, and the creation of a free lecture series on the subject.@en
