                    [0] => Information and knowledge have emerged as essential strategic assets for the growth and sustainability of organizations and institutions of various types. Therefore, knowing how to manage these resources becomes crucial in contemporary society. This study is based on the understanding that Information and Knowledge Management (IKM), by treating data and knowledge as strategic assets, plays a fundamental role in enhancing organizational processes, especially when integrated with individuals´ informational behavior. The general objective of this research is to map and analyze scientific output addressing the convergence between IKM and informational behavior. Specific objectives include identifying authors, active institutions, and the thematic distribution of publications. The methodological approach is mixed, articulating quantitative analysis, through bibliometrics, and qualitative analysis, through the construction of the theoretical framework and interpretation of findings. The results revealed that the number of publications converging both IKM and informational behavior is approximately 89 times lower than the individual records of each domain, indicating a gap in integrated research. There was a predominance of studies within the fields of Information Science and Computing, with notable contributions from researchers affiliated with institutions in China, Finland, Sweden, and the United States. The study concludes that there is a clear opportunity to foster interdisciplinary research aimed at the joint application of these themes, especially in organizational contexts.@en
                    [1] => A informação e o conhecimento emergem como ativos estratégicos fundamentais para o crescimento e a sustentabilidade de organizações e instituições de distintas naturezas. Portanto, saber gerenciá-los torna-se fundamental na sociedade atual. Este estudo parte da compreensão de que a Gestão da Informação e do Conhecimento (GIC), ao tratar dados e saberes como ativos estratégicos, se reveste em uma ação fundamental para o aprimoramento dos processos organizacionais, especialmente quando articulada ao comportamento informacional dos sujeitos. Diante disso, esta pesquisa teve como objetivo geral mapear e analisar a produção científica que aborda a convergência entre GIC e comportamento informacional, com objetivos específicos voltados à identificação de autores, instituições atuantes e distribuição temática das publicações. A abordagem metodológica adotada é mista, articulando a dimensão quantitativa – expressa por meio da análise bibliométrica – e a qualitativa – presente na construção do referencial teórico e na interpretação dos resultados. Estes indicaram que o volume de publicações convergentes entre GIC e comportamento informacional é cerca de 89 vezes menor que os registros individuais de cada área, apontando lacuna na produção integrada. Observou-se predominância das áreas de Ciências da Informação e Computação e destaque para pesquisadores vinculados a instituições da China, Finlândia, Suécia e Estados Unidos. Concluiu-se que existe uma oportunidade para o desenvolvimento de estudos interdisciplinares voltados à aplicação conjunta dessas temáticas, especialmente em contextos organizacionais.@pt
