                                            [0] => This theoretical essay is characterized by the fusion of the subjectivity and objectivity of the theme. It addresses the essence of school libraries within the context of the information regime and information policy in the organization and management of these libraries. It seeks to answer the following guiding question: How can school libraries act as effective centers of knowledge access, integrating informational and educational practices within the school environment? The study aims to analyze the responsibility of school libraries as vital points for the dissemination of knowledge and educational and informational practices in the school context. This is a theoretical-exploratory-descriptive study with a qualitative approach to the data. It shows that, in this scenario, understanding the information regime is essential to comprehend the dynamics of power and ideological disputes that affect knowledge management and to face the challenges of digital inclusion, highlighting the urgent need for policies that ensure equitable access to technologies. It considers that school libraries play a fundamental role in forming critical and informed citizens. In this context, they become agents of social transformation, promoting equity in access to information and contributing to the development of a more just and well-informed society. It concludes that investing in school libraries is essential to ensure they fulfill their vital role in strengthening the social fabric of educational centers, transforming students into critical and informed citizens. These institutions not only provide access to knowledge but also promote the development of essential skills for navigating an ever-evolving digital world.

                                            [1] => Trata-se de um ensaio teórico caracterizado pela fusão entre a subjetividade e a objetividade do tema. Aborda a essência das bibliotecas escolares no contexto do regime de informação, da política de informação na organização e gestão dessas bibliotecas. Busca responder a seguinte questão norteadora: De que maneira as bibliotecas escolares podem atuar como centros eficazes de acesso ao conhecimento, as práticas informacionais e educativas no ambiente escolar? Tem o objetivo de analisar a responsabilidade das bibliotecas escolares como pontos vitais de disseminação do conhecimento e das práticas educativas e informacionais no contexto escolar. Concerne um estudo teórico-exploratório-descritivo com abordagem qualitativa dos dados. Mostra que nesse cenário a compreensão de regime de informação é essencial para entender as dinâmicas de poder e as disputas ideológicas que afetam a gestão do conhecimento, e para enfrentar desafios da inclusão digital, destacando a necessidade urgente de políticas que assegurem o acesso equitativo às tecnologias. Considera que as bibliotecas escolares podem desempenhar um papel fundamental na formação de cidadãos críticos e informados, todavia, o que vemos é realidade cruel , na qual o Brasil fechou 764 bibliotecas públicas em 2020. Neste contexto, tornam-se agentes de transformação social, promovendo a equidade no acesso à informação e contribuindo para o desenvolvimento de uma sociedade mais justa e bem informada. Conclui-se que investir nas bibliotecas escolares é imprescindível para assegurar que elas desempenhem a função vital de fortalecer o tecido social dos centros educacionais, transformando alunos em cidadãos críticos e informados. Essas instituições não apenas podem fornecer acesso ao conhecimento, mas também promover o desenvolvimento de habilidades essenciais para a navegação em um mundo digital em constante evolução.
