                                            [0] => Circo Voador, located in Rio de Janeiro (Brazil) downtown, is nationally recognized as an important cultural and artistic stronghold, stage for musical attractions of the most diverse genres and launching platform for new artists, for 40 years. The objective of the research, reported in this article, is to propose a new organization of the Circo's audiovisual archive, with about 30 thousand hours of musical events, among others, recorded and accumulated, over the years, through the understanding and survey of the organization and the elaboration of an intellectual representation of such an organization, that is, of a classification scheme that improves access to these documents. This is an applied, exploratory and bibliographic research, started in 2019 and interrupted, in the following year, with the suspension of face-to-face activities for health reasons. As a brand strategy alongside the public, a TV series, edited with the historical audiovisual material, was shown on the on-line video channel of Circo Voador. The interviews with managers linked to the collection, based on the methodology of Oral History, carried out by this research, were edited with the audiovisual records of historical shows. A pilot classification scheme is being completed for further performance evaluations.
                                            [1] => O Circo Voador, localizado no centro da cidade do Rio de Janeiro (Brasil), é reconhecido nacionalmente como importante reduto cultural e artístico, palco de atrações musicais dos mais diversos gêneros e plataforma de lançamento de novos artistas, há 40 anos. O objetivo da pesquisa, relatada neste artigo, é propor uma nova organização do acervo audiovisual do Circo, com cerca de 30 mil horas de eventos musicais, entre outros, registrados e acumulados, ao longo dos anos, por meio do entendimento e levantamento da organização atual e da elaboração de uma representação intelectual de tal organização, ou seja, de um quadro de arranjo que agilize o acesso a estes documentos. Trata-se de pesquisa aplicada, exploratória e bibliográfica, iniciada em 2019 e interrompida no ano seguinte, com a suspensão das atividades presenciais, por razões sanitárias. Como estratégia de sustentação junto ao público, uma série de TV, editada com o acervo audiovisual de caráter permanente, foi exibida no canal de vídeos on-line do Circo Voador. As entrevistas com gestores ligados ao acervo, assentadas na metodologia da História Oral, realizadas por esta pesquisa, foram editadas com os registros audiovisuais de shows históricos. Um quadro de arranjo piloto foi elaborado para posteriores avaliações de desempenho.
