                    [0] => Document Management comes to organize the file in a uniform and intelligible way, using archives methods such as evaluation and classification. This research aims to develop on the implementation of archival procedures of Document Management in a public organ, especially to the Attorney General of the State of Pará. The methodology used was a bibliographical survey with the objective of organizing the theoretical foundation for the research, developing concepts on Document Management, and elucidating the reality experienced in the public agency, for the development of documentary procedures. Document Management comes to remedy some of the problems identified as the technical treatment of the archives, the accumulated documentary mass over the years in the public administration and the lack of standardization of the organization of the archive, as well as to evaluate and organize the documentation of administrative interest, and cultural. The documentary treatment is carried out with the purpose of facilitating the flow of information and liberate spaces in the sectors and archives. Being essential to have the peculiar knowledge of the organ in question, as its operation and its structure so that an adaptation of the Documentary Management to the institution. Concludes that there is no model to be followed by Document Management, everything will depend on the reality that is in the organs. There is also concern about preserving historical memory and improving access to information.@en
                    [1] => A pesquisa visa relatar a experiência de implantação da gestão documental na Procuradoria-Geral do Estado do Pará, destacando alguns métodos arquivísticos como a avaliação e a classificação. Os procedimentos metodológicos consistem em um relato de experiência vivenciada na Procuradoria-Geral do Estado do Pará, utilizando um levantamento bibliográfico para fundamentar conceitos sobre a gestão documental. Houve um estudo in loco do arquivo na instituição, com o planejamento da ação em estratégias para a melhoria na implantação, observando o cronograma do projeto conforme os recursos humanos e materiais. Além de empregar e elucidar a realidade vivenciada no desenvolvimento de procedimentos documentais. A Gestão Documental surge para sanar problemas como: tratamento técnico dos arquivos, a massa documental acumulada ao longo dos anos na administração pública e a falta de padronização da organização dos arquivos, como também avaliar e organizar a documentação de interesse administrativo, probatório e cultural. Conclui-se que a implantação de procedimentos arquivísticos aplicada no órgão público fortalece e melhora o fluxo documental e normatiza procedimentos e diretrizes arquivísticas. Utilizando-se dos seguintes instrumentos: Plano de Classificação de Documentos; As Tabelas de Temporalidade (da área meio e da área-fim) e O Manual de Gestão Documental.@pt
