                                            [0] => This article aims to reflect on educational initiatives in archives and records management. A bibliographical study was conducted to understand records management and the integrated archiving approach, attempting to identify how and if educational initiatives can be part of records management. The integrated archiving approach identified a holistic view of records management, as proposed by Rousseau, Couture, and Ducharme. Seven basic archival functions are defined, including dissemination. Dissemination is presented in three dimensions: editorial, cultural, and educational. This demonstrates that educational initiatives can be implemented in records management as a way to strengthen the archive-society relationship, effectively communicating organic information.
                                            [1] => O artigo visa refletir sobre as ações educativas em arquivos na gestão de documentos. Realizou-se uma pesquisa bibliográfica com intuito de compreender a gestão de documentos, a abordagem da arquivística integrada, na tentativa de identificar como e se as ações educativas podem fazer parte da gestão de documentos. Foi possível reconhecer na abordagem da arquivística integrada uma visão holística da gestão de documentos, de Rousseau, Couture e Ducharme. No qual, sete funções arquivísticas básicas são definidas, entre elas a difusão. A difusão se apresenta em três vertentes editorial, cultural e educativa. Demonstrando assim que a ação educativa pode ser realizada na gestão de documentos como uma via de fortalecer a relação arquivo-sociedade, exercendo uma comunicação eficaz da informação orgânica.
