                    [0] => Museums, in addition to being spaces for conservation and exhibitions, play a social role that brings them closer to their environment and helps raise awareness about the challenges of today’s world. This research focuses on the Sustainable Development Goals, specifically on the communication shared by the main Spanish and Brazilian museums on “X” (formerly “Twitter”), regarding the five thematic axes of the United Nations program: People, Planet, Prosperity, Peace, and Partnerships, over the course of 2022. To this end, a content analysis was conducted on a sample of ten critical cases in which the composition, impact and conceptual dimension of the publications appearing in their respective official accounts were examined. The results reveal that the messages alluding to the Sustainable Development Goals are committed to multimodality, present a strong visual component, and incline clearly towards the “people” dimension. Likewise, it was found that the number of followers on “X” stimulates the interest of museums in addressing the Sustainable Development Goals in their digital communication.@en
                    [1] => Los museos, además de ser espacios de conservación y exposición, desempeñan un papel social que los acerca a su entorno para concienciar sobre los desafíos del mundo actual. Esta investigación se enfoca en los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible, concretamente en la comunicación emitida por los principales museos españoles y brasileños en “X” (anteriormente “Twitter”) relativa a los 5 ejes temáticos del programa de la Organización de las Naciones Unidas: Personas, Planeta, Prosperidad, Paz y Alianzas, a lo largo del año 2022. Para ello se realiza un análisis de contenido sobre una muestra de diez casos críticos donde se examinó la composición, el impacto y la dimensión conceptual de las publicaciones difundidas en sus respectivas cuentas oficiales. Los resultados revelan que los mensajes alusivos a los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible apuestan por la multimedialidad, presentan una fuerte carga visual y se inclinan de forma clara hacia la dimensión “Personas”. Asimismo, se demuestra que el número de seguidores en “X” influye en el interés de estos museos por abordar los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible en su comunicación digital.@es
