                    [0] => This article presents the results of the research on remote teaching, in times of COVID-19, without teachers, students and universities being trained for such. Objective: capture feelings and perceptions that the students of Thematic Representation of Information: Indexing course of the UFC Library Science programme have about remote teaching in times of pandemic. Methodology: quantitative and qualitative research, with data collection through a questionnaire applied online to students from semesters 2020.1 to 2020.2. Results: fear was the feeling that most affected students (53%), then anxiety (26%) and 15.3% uncertainty, isolation and worry. The difficulties of adapting to remote teaching were a real torment: accompanying the classroom by computer (58.6%); maintaining contacts with colleagues by WhatsApp and e-mail (34%). Conclusion: the remote teaching modality, adopted in an emergent way, has brought negative consequences for the university learning process.@en
                    [1] => Presenta los resultados de la investigación sobre la enseñanza remota, en tiempos de COVID-19, sin que profesores, estudiantes y universidades estuviesen capacitados para ello. Objetivo: captar sentimientos y percepciones que los estudiantes de la asignatura Representación Temática de la Información: Indización de la carrera de Bibliotecología de la UFC tienen sobre la enseñanza remota en tiempos de pandemia. Metodología: investigación cuantitativa y cualitativa, con recopilación de datos por medio de un cuestionario aplicado online, a los estudiantes de los semestres 2020.1 a 2020.2. Resultados: el miedo ha sido el sentimiento que más ha afectado a los estudiantes (53%), después la ansiedad (26%), la incertidumbre (15,3%), el aislamiento y la preocupación. Las dificultades de adaptación a la enseñanza remota han sido un verdadero tormento: acompañar las clases por el ordenador (58,6%); y mantener contacto con los colegas por WhatsApp o por correo electrónico (34%). Conclusión: la modalidad de enseñanza remota, adoptada de manera emergente, ha traído consecuencias negativas para el proceso de aprendizaje universitario.@es
