                    [0] => In the global agenda, whose title is Transforming our World: the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, popularly known as Agenda 2030, in objective 16, in the first action of target 16.10, it is written: ´ensure public access to information´. This study, through bibliographic research, with a qualitative approach and with an explanatory and descriptive objective, sought to understand the concepts of the terms ´ensure´ and ´access´ as part of the specialized discourse of the 2030 Agenda, according to the assumptions of the Communicative Theory of Terminology (TCT) by Maria Teresa Cabré (2005) - the principle of polyhedricity of terminological units. It is understood then, that according to the literalness of the translated words, the most appropriate interpretation would be ´without concern´, to ensure and ´approach´ for access.@en
                    [1] => Na agenda mundial, cujo título é Transformando nosso Mundo: a Agenda 2030 para o desenvolvimento sustentável, popularmente conhecida como Agenda 2030, no objetivo 16, na primeira ação da meta 16.10 está escrito: ´assegurar o acesso público à informação´.
